What Supplements Should We Take Daily?

- Begin with a multivitamin to provide your minimal foundation set of nutrients. It should contain a broad spectrum of both macro and micro nutrients in a liquid format to provide maximum absorption by the body. The vitamins should be whole-food based and not synthetic.
- Adults should include a supplement with Vegan Glucosamine Hcl USP and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) to ensure optimal health for your joints and connective tissues.
- Take an antioxidant supplement to help your body control rampant chronic inflammation.
(if possible find a supplement that includes the CoQ10 antioxidant) - Taking a supplement with digestive enzymes with each meal to aid in digesting your food to get the most out of it is also recommended.
- Prebiotics (fiber - feeds good gut bacteria and slows digestion) and Probiotics (feeds your good gut bacteria)
